Despite the pouring rain, the die hard mushroom crew shows up at Richards. Even though the rain prevented most early setup, they were rewarded.

Snack of the night? Grill cooked mini pizzas. Big deal?

Well these were made with sun dried tomatoes, chanterelle ducel, fetta cheese and fresh parsley, drizzled with truffle oil, and grilled to crispy perfection.
